EBC has sent out invitations for its next benchmarking exercise IB2014. Water- & wastewater utilities from (primarily) all over Europe are cordially invited to jointly assess and compare performance and find ways to improve the service.
In 2015, the European Benchmarking Co-operation (EBC) organises its 9th international benchmarking exercise for water services. The exercise covers data of 2014 and offers a great opportunity to get a closer picture of your utility's performance and identify ways for improvement in an international setting. The benchmarking exercise starts with an orientation & training workshop on 8 May 2015 in Copenhagen (Denmark).
This workshop targets in particular at those who are (relatively) new to benchmarking and would like to be informed about EBC's benchmarking programme and the upcoming exercise in particular.
