In 2019 EBC (European Benchmarking Co-operation) organises its 13th international benchmarking exercise for water- and wastewater utilities in Europe.
The IB2018 - benchmarking exercise officialy starts in May and finishes December 2019. Though joining the programme is still possible! More information on how to join and about the programme in general, can be found in the Call to Register (available here).
EBC’s benchmarking- and improvement programme offers you a comprehensive analysis of the performance of your utility in comparison with colleague utilities from across Europe. This “fitness check” helps you finding improvement areas and -priorities in a structured and objective way. Furthermore, the programme offers you - based on the analysis - an opportunity to improve by learning from best practices and innovations from EBC’s extensive European utility network.
