A group of water- and wastewater utilities from 18 different countries already started with the data entry for this years’ International Benchmarking exercise (IB2017). They are on a quest to assess, learn and improve! Your utility can still join them!
In 2018 EBC (European Benchmarking Co-operation) organises its 12th international benchmarking exercise for water- and wastewater utilities in Europe.
EBC’s benchmarking- and improvement programme offers you a comprehensive analysis of the performance of your utility in comparison with colleague utilities from across Europe. This “fitness check” helps you finding improvement areas and -priorities in a structured and objective way. Furthermore, the programme offers you - based on the analysis - an opportunity to improve by learning from best practices and innovations from EBC’s extensive European utility network.
The IB2017-benchmarking exercise runs from May to December 2018. Though joining the programme is still possible! More information on how to join and about the programme can be found here and in the Call to Register which can be downloaded here.
